Double-End Speed Ball - Portable trainer for Boxing, MMA

For years, pro-boxers and MMA fighters have relied on speed bags to increase their hand speed and eye coordination. But mounting a speed bag at home can be a cumbersome job, requiring a heavy stand that takes up precious wall or corner space.

Double end bags solve this problem by allowing you to suspend them from the ceiling and floor using bungee cables. This saves a tremendous amount of space and weight and allows you set up your fight gym wherever you want!

Our double end bag is made out of sturdy synthetic leather connected to two thick elastic cables. Each cable is looped on either end to attach the included carabiners. Clip each end to beams, around a weight, and more! The bag can be inflated by pump (not included). Our Home Setup includes additional mounting hardware and an Everlast brand floor weight!
