Who is ADC?
Applied Defense Concepts is a Virginia Beach-based company dedicated to the instruction of personal-defense. They are tied to JOA Gear in that they provide our media platform and perform our product testing. ADC's mission has always been to make an impact on the world by spreading life-saving knowledge.
Since 2015, they have provided training in martial sciences to law enforcement, military, and private citizens. They currently specialize in empty-hand combatives, edged-weapons, and firearms courses. Throughout the year, they travel to venues to instruct classes to those wanting to increase their fighting IQ.
Their ultimate goal is to help both citizens and professionals walk through life ever-more confident in their ability to defend themselves and those they are responsible for.
