For Grappling AND Striking. These MMA gloves are made out of high quality synthetic material that is easy to clean. Closes around your wrist with hook and loop enclosures for a solid fit that wont slip off.

- Ankle and Feet Guards
Gel-Padded for blocking and kicking. Made so you will never slip on the mats. When you're practicing Muay Thai, Kickboxing, Karate, or any of the striking arts, these foot grips will save you from any embarrassing falls. They also distribute impacts better so you can kick heavy bags fearlessly.

Professional-grade wraps with just the right amount of elastic stretch to fit most. Don't strike heavy items or spar without them! They are essential for wrist protection.

Patented Lightening Fast Bearings: WOD Nation speed ropes use a patented 4 bearing system. Two bearings in handle and two on the tips to hold the coated steel cable.

Handles: Articulating swivel bearing. 6.75" long with a tapered end for sure grip. 4 high-grade metal ball bearings in nylon resin handles.

Cable: 2.5mm coated cable that can be easily adjusted with a cable cutter. Comes at 10 foot length. Spare cable INCLUDED!

Convenient Carrying Bag: Comes with a nylon carrying bag so you don't have to worry about it getting tangled up in your gym bag or locker.

For years, pro-boxers and MMA fighters have relied on speed bags to increase their hand speed and eye coordination. But mounting a speed bag at home can be a cumbersome job, requiring a heavy stand that takes up precious wall or corner space.

Double end bags solve this problem by allowing you to suspend them from the ceiling and floor using bungee cables. This saves a tremendous amount of space and weight and allows you set up your fight gym wherever you want!

Our double end bag is made out of sturdy synthetic leather connected to two thick elastic cables. Each cable is looped on either end to attach the included carabiners. Clip each end to beams, around a weight, and more! The bag can be inflated by pump (not included). Our Home Setup includes additional mounting hardware and an Everlast brand floor weight!
